You agree that by use of the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound to all of these Terms of Use, including the Services Agreement on the Site, which are hereby incorporated.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY NOT AUTHORIZED TO USE THE SITE AND YOU SHALL ABANDON USE IMMEDIATELY.

We may modify or change these Terms of Use at any moment and for whatever reason, as we deem best. The information presented on the Site is not intended to be distributed to or used by any party or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be illegal under applicable law or regulation or would require us to register in such jurisdiction or country. USER REPRESENTATIONS

By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that all information provided by you is accurate, up-to-date, and complete. You are entitled to enter into these Terms and agree to abide by all relevant laws. Users are not allowed to give false information, use the Site for illegal purposes, or access the Site by automated means.

USER REGISTRATION

If you register as a Site member, it is your own responsibility to keep your password confidential and to all actions on your account. We may modify usernames or close accounts that are not consistent with these Terms.

FEES AND PAYMENT:

Mall Equity has various payment options, including credit cards and PayPal. Users agree to provide proper billing information and are responsible for all charges posted under their account. Recurring fees and taxes are explained, and we reserve the right to correct prices or refuse orders.

CANCELLATION:

Subscriptions can be terminated by users at any time using account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of a current paid period. Help information is available to solve service issues.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES:

Users are prohibited from doing activities that disrupt the functioning of the Site, violate security systems, or infringe on any applicable laws. These include, but are not limited to, data mining, spamming, using unauthorized scripts, and trying to circumvent security features.

USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS:

The Site might permit users to provide content, including reviews, comments, or other data. Users provide Mall Equity with a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and display their content for promotional and commercial purposes by providing such content.

CONTRIBUTION LICENSE

Submitters own the material they submit but give Mall Equity a right of use as outlined. This sentence also makes it clear that submissions are not confidential and can be shared with third parties.

GUIDELINES FOR REVIEWS:

User reviews should be accurate, honest, and compliant with the Terms. We prohibit language that is defamatory, discriminatory, or offensive, and we reserve the right to remove or modify reviews that are in conflict with these guidelines.

SOCIAL MEDIA:

Users may link their Mall Equity account with third-party social media sites. By linking, users grant Mall Equity access to some of their information on these websites. Users may unlink their accounts at any time.

SUBMISSIONS:

Any suggestions, ideas, or comments made by the users are deemed non-confidential and can be used by Mall Equity freely without any limit or compensation.

THIRD-PARTY SITES AND MATERIALS:

Mall Equity is not liable for the practices or content of third-party sites that are linked to or from the Site. Users access third-party sites voluntarily.

U.S. GOVERNMENT RIGHTS:

Any use of the services of Mall Equity by the United States Government will be governed by certain limitations on commercial and technical data rights.

SITE MANAGEMENT:

Mall Equity may monitor and regulate user content, deny access, and apply these Terms to ensure the integrity of the Site.

PRIVACY POLICY:

Mall Equity Privacy Policy provides an explanation of the collection, usage, and safeguarding of user information. When users utilize the Site, they consent to the Privacy Policy.

COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENTS:

Users are permitted to inform Mall Equity about any copyright infringements through the supplied contact information. Misuse could lead to penalties under law.
